Refund policy

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We hope you LOVE your purchase! If you need to make a return, we hope to make the process as easy as possible. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected to ensure it is unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging, we will email you to notify you that your return has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If your return complies with our return policy, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time to receive this refund back to your payment method depends on your bank's policies.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If your return and refund was approved, but you still do not see the funds in your account after 14 business days, please double check your payment method to ensure you are monitoring the correct account. Next, contact your bank to inquire about whether or not the refund has posted and how long that may take based on their policies.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

After confirming that your return complies with our return policy above, please ship your return using the trackable shipping provider of your choice to:

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you paid for shipping with your original purchase, this will not be refunded. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance if it is offered. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and if the item is lost by the carrier, the order may not be refunded.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

To make an exchange, please confirm that your return complies with our return policy. If it does, please email us at lark.champion@gmail.com and we can arrange your exchange. If you select an item that is more expensive than your return for your exchange, you will be charged for the additional amount to your original form of payment.
